Shipping & Returns

We normally dispatch orders on stock within 48 hours of receiving them. Please note that some item is made to order so there is turnaround time of approximately 3 to 4 weeks. We will do our best to get your item out to you as soon as possible!, Orders within Europe have a delivery time of approximately one week. Most orders will reach customers outside of Europe within 14 days. Note, however, that this is an estimate and that deviations can occur.

 

Cancellation and Returns

As long as your parcel has yet to be made, your order can be canceled.

Please submit your cancellation request to our email info@switheart.si 

Wholesale orders are custom made so they can not be canceled when the order is paid.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return your order within 10 days of receipt. Please note that the product or products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. You can not return any custom made orders. 

In the event of any deterioration in the value of returned goods, we reserve the right to recover any shortfall from you.
Personalized orders can not be returned.

 

How to make a return

Please send an email at info@switheart.si and you will receive ''instructions on the return'' form.

Please remember to ask for a proof of postage and make sure you keep this proof until your return is successfully processed.

Refund

It can take up to 14 days for your return to be fully processed.

Once we have received and accepted your return, you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please keep in mind that once the refund has been issued, it might take up to 3–5 business days for it to appear in your bank account.

 

Exchanges

If you would like to make an exchange, simply return the product or products for a full refund by following the return instructions. Then, place a new order.

 

Complaints

In the event the item you received is defective or incorrect, please notify us at info@switheart.si

If you made the purchase through one of our retailers, we kindly ask you to contact them directly.

 

Conditions of use 

A contract between the customer and switheartkids.com for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted through this Website. All purchases must be paid in full before delivery.

 

We indemnify ourselves for any misprints and color errors. We indemnify ourselves for possible price errors. We possess the right to cancel the order or adjust the price before and after the order has been processed, if the price is wrong.

 

Extra Charges Outside of the EU:

When you order from a country outside of the European Union, please note that the prices exclude VAT, and shipping costs do NOT include any customs duties or other taxes or import fees that may be levied in the country of destination.

Extra charges, such as customs duties, taxes (e.g. VAT), and other import fees for countries outside the EU will be paid for by you, the customer, on delivery by UPS. Please contact your local customs office for further information on local tariffs.

If for any reason you want to return an item, Switheartkids will not refund any customs duties or taxes that you paid upon delivery.
